About the Author

Hi, I'm Rachel! I'm a queer, Canadian Author of dark, twisty romances where love is messy, desire is dangerous, and no one walks away unscathed.

I write the stories that scream in my mind to be put down on paper—ones where villains may not be heroes, love doesn’t come in neat packages, and survival is its own kind of victory. My books blend the paranormal with the painfully human: found families, forbidden bonds, and characters who love a little too hard and hurt just as deeply.

Personally, I gravitate towards reading fantasy & paranormal, queer romance, dark romance, and a whole lot of HP fanfic (I won't limit the ship, can I get a hell yeah for rare pairs?)

When I’m not writing, I’m probably haunting secondhand bookstores, staring at dialogue in my Notes app, throwing around barbells in the gym, or hiking with my dog.

If you're into morally gray characters, slow burns that scorch, and love stories with teeth—you're in the right place. My stories explore a myriad of mental health conditions, as well as overcoming self-harm. They say write what you know, and through that I've found a deeper healing for my own struggles with those issues.
